The Action Log is a key record of actions and their progress maintained throughout the project. It should be maintained by the Project Team on an ongoing basis and reviewed by the Project Manager regularly.
An Escalation process should be agreed within your organisation but will vary depending on the type of service provided.
The document bundle includes templates, guidelines , checklist and tips to enable you to correctly report and progress actions and escalate outstanding issues and conflicts.
