Graphic Report Designer
The primary role of the Graphic Report Designer is to work with a major Government Agency in Riyadh to ensure that all branded presentations are created to a high standard, liaising with senior management to create new business presentations. The incumbent will participate in brainstorming meetings to create images, charts, and infographics that more effectively communicate key messages and can be incorporated in presentations. Creative, attractive and informative presentation will be in Arabic and English.
The successful candidate will have higher-level education, with a diploma in Maths, Business Administration, or Physical Science. A bachelor’s degree is desirable.
You must have a minimum of two-three years of experience in assisting in preparing presentations and reports using MS Office
You will need to have: knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Creative Design Applications ( eg Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator); the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously; a commitment to responsiveness, high-quality work, and confidentiality; preferably a good artistic eye and an understanding of the graphic requirements of a project; good communication and collaboration skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be employed full time and required to perform the following:
Design, lay out, and produce artwork such as graphs, maps, charts, posters, signs, and report covers.
Create images, charts, and infographics that more effectively communicate key messages and can be incorporated in presentations.
Coordinate all administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentations, checking and approving colour, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for print production, while ensuring that all parties are informed of, and meet, deadlines.
Prepare layouts, designs, artwork, and formats for use in publication and/or exhibition design.
Lay out and scale photographs, marking them for proper screen values for print reproduction.
